Deposit and Cancellation Policies:
We accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Traveler’s Checks, Personal
Checks and Cash for deposits and payments.
We can immediately guarantee your reservation with a current credit
card number and expiration date. If you prefer to pay by check, we
will need to receive full payment at least 10 days prior to your
visit. We will email, mail or FAX confirmation of your reservation
upon receipt of your credit card number or deposit.
The 1902 Turnpike House B&B is a small property where every guest
reservation made is both important and special to us. If your travel
plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at
least 10 (ten) days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund
of your deposit, if any, less a $15 processing fee.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than ten (10)
days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand
that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire
reservation at the time you notify us of your cancellation. If we
can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact
periods and for some special requests. Weekends require a two day
minimum stay in most rooms.
